You want to step outside of your everyday routine and carve out time to dig deeper into theory, human rights, the Charter and Aboriginal issues, and you want your post-graduate learning to be practical and applicable to the issues you currently face in your daily work. You have an insatiable appetite for gaining more knowledge and you’re driven by challenges that help you grow.

Choosing the Constitutional Law specialization will give you the chance to gain a deeper understanding of the evolving jurisprudence from leading academics and practitioners. Our top-notch faculty will bolster your theoretical and practical skills which will translate into long-term impact on your work in the field.

This two-year, part-time degree requires completion of 36 credits obtained through coursework and a Major Research Paper, or coursework only. Your progress and performance is evaluated through papers, presentations and take-home assignments. 

Distance Learning is available for students located outside of the Greater Toronto Area; attend class from your home or office with interactive video streaming that brings you into the classroom, and allows you to participate in discussions and view presentations in real time.
